Synology Camera License Packs are designed for expanging cameras set up on the Synology Surveillance Station. By default, one camera license is installed. By applying the license key on the Surveillance Station user interface, you will be able to set up and manage more than one cameras on the network.
The supported number of IP cameras is different on each models. Please check for the supported number here.

Synology Camera License Pack comes in 1 camera license and 4 camera licenses. You can install the licenses to activate more cameras on the Synology Surveillance Station service. Before applying the license key, check the maximum number of IP cameras supported on your Synology NAS Server. Refer to the following FAQ to check the number:

To install, follow the steps below:
- Login to the Surveillance Station.
- Go to "License."
- Click the Add button.
- Read the agreement and check the Agree option.
- Enter the License Key. "Note: Keys are case sensitive.
- Click the OK button.
- After the License Key is confirmed, you may go to "Camera" and start to install camera(s).
