| 1 Definitions
|
1.1

"the Supplier" or
any reference to 'we' 'us' 'our' means Xspo.co.uk with correspondence
address at P.O. Box 12981, BIRMINGHAM, B30 9AU, email address being
customer-service@xspo.co.uk

| 1.2 |
"the Customer" or any reference to "you"
means customers who place an order which is accepted by the Supplier |
| 1.3 |
"consumer" means any natural person who is
acting for purposes which are outside his business |
| 1.4 |
"in writing" means a legible document delivered
by either party via first class post, electronic mail or facsimile |
| 1.5 |
"working days" means all days other than Saturdays,
Sundays and public holidays |
| 1.6 |
"the goods" means the computer hardware, components,
accessories and software as described and shown on the Supplier¡¦s
website |
| 1.7 |
"Order Confirmation Form" means a written
confirmation notifying the Customer that the Supplier has accepted
the order. Each Order Confirmation Form constitutes a separate contract. |

Order |
| 2.1 |
All orders are subject to the acceptance and availability
of the goods and the Supplier reserves the right to refuse any order
placed by Customer. |
| 2.2 |
Where the goods ordered are not available at the specification
and description, the Supplier will notify the Customer via email and
offer alternative products of similar specification at the price quoted
in the email, and will indicated the availability of the product and
the period the price quoted is valid for. |
| 2.3 |
No order shall be binding unless it is accepted by the
Supplier. |
| 2.4 |
The Supplier has the right to reject any order for
which payment has not cleared. |
| 2.5 |
Upon acceptance of the Customer¡¦s order, the Supplier
will notify the Customer of the order by issuing an Order Confirmation
Form. |

Price |
| 3.1 |
The price quoted is exclusive of VAT and delivery charges
(unless otherwise stated). VAT will be charged at the rate applicable
at the time of delivery. |
| 3.2 |
Our price quotations lapse after 5 days (unless otherwise
stated). |
| 3.3 |
Rates of tax and duties on the goods will be those applying
at the time of delivery. |
| 3.4 |
At any time before delivery we may adjust the price
to reflect any increase in our costs of supplying the goods. Such
increments will be notified to you before confirmation of delivery.

The total price payable (inclusive of VAT and delivery
charges) will be notified to you and confirmed via email before delivery |
