If you are dissatisfied
with any of our goods and would like to return them, please refer
to the following procedures in order for us to deal with your returns
as quickly and efficiently as possible.
PLEASE
NOTE that if you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated
delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against
us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss, or any increase
in the price of the goods).
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to must inspect the goods on delivery.
By signing the delivery note you are confirming that the goods arrived
in good condition to you. If any goods are damaged or not delivered
on delivery, you must inform us immediately or in any event within
24 hours of delivery or the expected delivery time. You must give
us (and any carriers) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.

Consumer's Right To Cancel the Order
•
If you
change your mind about the goods, you have a right to cancel your
order in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000. Under the regulations, all consumers who purchase
goods via distance communications have a right to cancel orders
within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. This right of cancellation
is subject to the following conditions:
1. If
you are a consumer, we will accept cancellation of any order after
delivery provided the cancellation is notified in writing either
via email or by first class recorded post to our registered address
within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.
2. You must bear the costs of returning the goods to us and undertake
to use reasonable care in storing the goods in a safe condition
before return.
3. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and
in a condition fit for sale.
4. Laptops and PDAs must be returned unopened in their original
boxes.
5. We reserve the right to reject any goods returned by you should
they not be in the condition as specified in conditions (3) and
(4).
6. You agree to use a reliable form of carriage or means to deliver
the goods to our warehouse.
NOTE:
Please note this only applies to consumers and not to business customers.

Faulty or Defective
Goods On Arrival
If
your goods are defective on arrival, you must report this to us
within 7 days of receipt of the goods and arrange for the defective
goods to be returned to us within 10 days from issuance of the RMA
number. Once the faulty goods are returned, verified and accepted
by us, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment
method.
Alternatively, if you are willing to receive a replacement, please
complete the online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form
and submit it to us. We will process this accordingly.

Faulty or Defective
Goods - After 28 Days but within One Year
If you would like us to send
the replacement goods to a different address, please make a change
directly on your RMA form.
On some occasions, your product may be covered by manufacturer's onsite
warranty and this is usually the best solution for your problem. In
such cases, there is no need to apply for an RMA with us.
Should your product be covered by manufacturer's warranty for longer
than 12 months. Please contact them directly for further information.

Change Return Address
If you required your return
to be sent to a different address from your original record(i.e. you
have moved recently) then you will be required to change your details
in you personal login account before you send your Return Merchandise
Authorisation form.
