2. What brands do you do?
   
You will always have a wide range of products to choose from at Xspo.co.uk. We work closely with over thirty famous brands to help you find a satisfactory solution. Order Processing Information
  1. How do I know whether or not the products I want to order are in stock?
   
If the products are out of stock, there will be a red label under the product image says "Out of Stock" . Otherwise, you can always proceed as stock available. On rare occasion, there was not out of stock label before you check out. However, when you press check out, there might be a message telling you that "Out of Stock" . This is only because different customers are purchasing the same item at the same time. When there is limited stock available, the one who clicks "Check Out" first will proceed successfully. Once the stock is gone, those who are late at checkout will see the message as "Out of Stock" .
 

2. How do I order your products?

Once you decide to buy an item, simply click "buy" button.

That will lead you to Login / Registration page. If you are new to our site, please go for "New Member Registration" . If you are existing member, please enter your "user email" and "password" to proceed.

After submit your login / registration information, you will go to "Shopping Cart" . Here you may change quantity, remove item, choose delivery, and view the total amount.
d. If you decide to buy something else, please click "Continue shopping" , which will take you back to the product page.
e.
If you decide to checkout, please fill in "Xspo member information" form. Please note that you need to fill in with your billing address and make sure you complete all the pink sections and tick "I have read and agreed the terms and conditions" . Then you may proceed to check out.
f.
Once you click "Check Out" , you will go to a secured page powered by SECPay. Simply follow instructions to complete your payment.
  g.
After confirm your payment, you will be directed back to "Order Complete" page. There you may find your order reference number, order details and so on. You may print this page for your own reference. Up till now, a complete purchasing process is completed.
  3. What will happen after I place an order?
    You will receive emails of order confirmation and payment confirmation. When the goods are despatched, you will also receive a delivery confirmation. Then you need to wait for the delivery to the provided address and sign upon receipt.
  4. What shall I do after receiving the products?
    You need to sign for your ordered products. If it is found damaged on arrival, please sign as "DAMAGED" . If you are unable to check the contents of the package at time of delivery please sign for the goods as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
  5. Can I call Xspo.co.uk to place an order?
 

 

Orders can only be placed with Xspo.co.uk through our website. The telephone lines are provided for support purposes or order status queries. If however you cannot find the help on our website and encounter difficulties while placing order, please do call us and we will assist you in placing your order.
  6. What is the Customer Support opening hours?
    We are open (Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm.) Unfortunately we do not work weekends and bank holidays. If you need to contact us outside our opening hours then please drop us an email.
Payment Information
  1. What payment method do you accept?
  We currently only accept Visa/Mastercard/Solo/Debit and Switch cards. We do not accept any card issued outside of the UK.
  2. How do I pay?
 

 

 

Our online payment is powered by SECPay, which is one of the major online payment service suppliers. After you click "Check Out" on our site, you will be directed to a secure payment page powered by SECPay. All you need to do is to follow instructions. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be directed to a page stating that your order is completed. All you personal information is encrypted and therefore secure.
  3. When do you take payment for my order?
    We do not charge debit / credit cards until the order is ready to be shipped. All orders that are placed will only be charged when the goods are ready to be despatched. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit / debit card has been properly received.
Shipping & Handling
  1. How do you deliver my order?
    We use Parcel Force as our major courier. Our delivery is categorised into Standard, Pre-12pm Next Day according to priority and our customer needs. You will just need to choose in shopping cart which option you like to use and leave the rest to us. You may go for delivery for more details.
  2. How soon can I get my order?

  3. Do you have a faster delivery choice?

4. What is the cut-off time for placing order, if I need a special delivery?

5. Can you ship my order to my work address?
    Unfortunately, for fraud protection reason, we can only ship it to your card billing address, i.e. the address that your bank has you registered at.
Exchange & Return
  1. How does your return system work?
    To achieve customer satisfaction, Xspo.co.uk offers you return and exchange facilities under different circumstances. For all exchange and return requirements, you need to contact us to receive instructions on how to proceed. For details, please refer to return section.
 

2. Who shall pay for the Return or Exchange postage and insurance?

  Customers will be responsible for return and exchange postage and insurance.
   
Security & Privacy
  1. How do you secure my online shopping?
    You will always be sure that when type your credit/switch card number into our site, our web site is in secure mode. This means that the information you type in will be encoded and our server decodes it.

Moreover, if you are a UK resident using a UK issued card for a transaction over £100 you are automatically protected by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This means that if a trader fraudulently charges your card for something that you did not order then the credit card company are equally liable for the debt. In practise this means that the credit card company would refund you for the fraudulent charge whilst making the corresponding charge directly to us.

Given the above, in practise putting your card details into a secure Internet site are much safer than giving them over an unsecured telephone line.

 

2. Are you going to use my private information for any other purpose?

    Xspo uses personal information to understand better your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your customer relationship with Xspo. We take seriously the trust you place in us. We will never pass your personal data to anyone else. We will never give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party.
